IMTMA wanted to organize IMTEX Forming, 2024, its flagship event at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) from 19 to 23 January 2024 in Bengaluru. The event was visualized as a comprehensive show covering an exciting assemblage of new-age technologies under one roof. They approached Zerozilla with the requirement of generating widespread awareness and excitement around the event, ultimately driving increased visitor walk-ins.
Client Objectives
- Raising widespread awareness and excitement surrounding the IMTEX Forming event.
- Increasing visitor walk-ins to the event.

Zerozilla’s Solution
- Devised a robust strategy spanning four months, from November 2023 to January 2024, covering major online platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Instagram, FB), YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Crafted five distinct placement and keyword-based Google display campaigns to reach a diverse audience.
- Developing a tailored search campaign focused on driving traffic to the event’s website and promoting visitor registrations.
- Created targeted brand awareness campaigns on LinkedIn to engage with a curated audience.
- Created emailers for online campaigns, undertook event promotion through press advertisements, ‘Inauguration Today’ advertisement in both colour and grayscale appearances, event advertisement in colour design, hoarding creatives, ‘Block your Dates’ creatives, event invitation kit, mass mailer, post event report, event brochure, magazine advertisements, and event brochure – Special Pavilion wise.
- Designed and sponsored curated video content across Google partner networks and social media platforms, with a particular push in January, closer to the event date.
- Tailoring ads for a specific target audience on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to enhance reach and engagement.
- Implementing remarketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google in January 2024 to encourage registrations and reinforce the event’s recall among users.
